In order to enter a competition, club members and coaches must follow this procedure: 

Members must
1) Review the routine sheet, which has been distributed to every member, posted on the club notice board and on our web site - www.edgbarrow.co.uk.
2) Calculate the correct age group and grade in consultation with their personal coach.
3) Make their entry, only after agreement with their personal coach, of their age group, grade and routine and after the coach has printed and signed their name on the agreed entry envelope.

Coaches must
1) Ensure that the competitor is capable of competing competitively the relevant routine at the time of entry.
2) Ensure that the competitor is correctly entered into the relevant age group and grade.
3) Have printed and signed their name on the entry envelope.

In the event that the personal coach is not available at the time of entry, members must consult with either their secondary coach or another permanent member of the coaching staff for assistance.

Failure to comply with these procedures may result in returned entries.
